KEY ASPECTS
Brewing – We can brew any beer style in our main brewhouse with batch sizes starting from 450hl. However, we can be flexible with volumes down to 250hl depending on overall brewing requirements.
Continuous Improvement – We operate under a TPM way of working. Structured manufacturing control and reporting system and techniques such as 5’s, AM, CI, FI and preventative maintenance.
Unique – We have a unique wort extraction system, the only Strainmaster in the world, which we believe adds to the flavour and other key characteristics of the beer. This has been modernised to compete to lauter tun efficiencies
Consistency – We source our water from our own bore holes and have multipurpose water treatment on site including reverse osmosis. We have our own in-house yeast strains and can handle multiple yeast strains. Our facility also has its own yeast propagation plant.
