• 4000-8000 sq ft GIA
• Ground floor sites preferable and also units with prominent frontage.
• External drinking and dining space desirable
• High footfall and on an established cask all / craft beer circuit
• Existing pub, bar and restaurant units that could convert to bar use, subject to planning and licensing.
