David Soley – Chairman & Chief Executive
David started his career as a qualified accountant in the offshore industry, assuming the position of Chief Executive for Davy offshore modules. Since then, David’s career has spanned numerous industries, including owning and operating several successful businesses. David bought Camerons Brewery back in 2002 and is proud to have it back in family hands.
Chris Soley – Director & General Manager
Christopher, who joined the company in 2003, has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the business. Following his graduation from Liverpool university he held a number of senior operations management roles within the industrial minerals industry before joining the family business. Chris is a qualified Diploma Master Brewer.
John Foots – Financial Director
John is a highly experienced finance professional with senior roles for 18 years within pub and brewing sector. This includes 5 years at Pubmaster where he played a major role in securitizations, acquisitions, integration and ultimate disposal to Punch. John joined Camerons in 2007.
Chris Wells – Head Brewer
Chris started as a Laboratory Assistant on a one year work placement from Sunderland university. Since graduating with a degree in Biology, Chris has progressed through numerous roles with us, and is our Head Brewer. Throughout the time Chris has been at Camerons, he has undertaken significant training which ultimately led to qualifying as a Diploma Master Brewer.
Dave Hopper – Contract & Packaging Manager
Dave is responsible for leading the packaging department in all quality, technical, financial, and operational aspects, as well as the leadership and management of all existing and new contract brewing and packaging agreements.
Neal Breward – Engineering Manager
Neal has over 30 years working experience with the Camerons engineering department.
Paul Graham – Technical Manager
Food Safety & HACCP Team Leader and Head of Laboratory. Responsible for the Management of Quality System including Specifications, Internal Audits, Supplier Approval, Food Safety & Quality Certification. Health & Safety System.
