Brewing Success

We are delighted to announce that, working in partnership Brewlab Training as well as Castle Eden Brewery and Close Brewery Rentals, we have all combined to offer one lucky student studying at Brewlab the chance to brew a beer that will go on sale in pubs across our retail estate later next month.

With the brief of designing, formulating and brewing their very own recipes the students set about their entries on the 25 litre kits during week two of the course.  Each competition student was given the chance to introduce themselves, describe the beer and their reasons for brewing it in front of an expert panel of judges including our quality assurance manager Paul Graham.
